Previous litters

Choosing a male for both ours and Bellas first litter was not easy and the plans were first for a male in Poland but that fell through when we were unable to travel due to covid and the attempts to send semen failed, luckily Linda with kennel Liinika Stamm in Norway was prepared to meet us on the border with her stunning Winnie (who I had been looking at for a later litter).

2021/03/24 on day 62 from ovulation 7 little wonders were born. We were expecting a long night but at 16.30 the first little girl was born and Bella did such a good job and the last girl was out around 21 in the evening. 

 

About the parents and why this combination: 
Bella is a joy to work with, both in mushing and other disciplines but she can be a bit hard to please and a bit heated so a male who has a good head for work but with gentler disposition was high on my list of wants. 
Winnie loves to work, is very responsive and gets along with everyone.

Winnie is the whole package so he completes almost all females. I feel like in this combination Bella contributed with her grit and work ethics as well as longer legs and a longer neck.
